Consultation
We will start with a free 15-minute phone or virtual Consultation, depending on your preference.
This gives us the opportunity to ask questions, determine fit, and for me to get an idea of what you are seeking from therapy.
Sessions
Intake Session
If we agree it’s a fit and you want to move forward, your first session will be an intake session. During the intake session I will gather detailed information about you, your history, your family, and what you are seeking from therapy. I will use this information to create a path forward.
Regular Session
Regular sessions are usually scheduled every week or every other week depending on urgency.

I do not take insurance. However, I can generate a monthly superbill for you to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. If you have any questions regarding superbills and insurance reimbursement for therapy, please contact your provider.

The fees below apply to in person, virtual, and phone sessions.
Individuals, $150.00 for 45-50 minutes, $225.00 for 90 minute sessions.
Couples and Family, $180.00 for 45- 50 minutes, $270.00 for 90 minutes.
Cancellations within 24 hours of a scheduled session will be charged the full rate.

My in-person office hours are:
Tuesdays from 12:00pm- 8:00pm
Wednesdays from 8:00am- 4:00pm
Thursdays from 8:00am- 4:00pm
Saturdays from 9:00am- 12:00pm
I am also available for virtual and phone sessions during the above hours as well as Mondays and Fridays.
